ABOUT THE STUDIO/RESIDENCE

If you like to paint western genre this is the place for you!! The scenery and the sky are fantastic.  (Rolling hills.  It is ranch country not corn!). The studio is fully equipped so you can paint with the confidence of a ranch kid at branding!  You just need to bring your paints, canvas and brushes.  I have two studio easels, a plein air easel as well as a drafting desk and small table. The bathroom has a large industrial sink.  The Studio also holds lots of miscellaneous tools an artist may need.  Disposal bottle for solvents is under the sink.  There are three twin beds on the studio level.

The upstairs apartment has two queen beds (one is the coach.) The living/dining area is very spacious and has cable TV.  There is no internet in the building.  Bathroom has a washer/dryer in addition to bath/shower.  Kitchen has everything you need to fix a nice meal.
